It's official: Yoga reduces stress and anxiety during pregnancy
A recent study by academics at Manchester and Newcastle University and baby charity Tommy's has confirmed just how beneficial yoga can be for pregnant ladies.
A single session of yoga was found to reduce self-reported anxiety by one third and stress hormone levels by 14%
