Yummy Yoga love babies and yoga so our Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a joy!
These classes are very popular and fill up quickly so do book early to avoid disappointment.
Our Mum and baby classes are a great way to tone up whilst spending precious time bonding with your new baby. You'll also get to meet new Mums in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Don't worry about your baby crying, needing a feed or nappy changing during class - we have all been there before! You will still get a great workout.
Who can join our Mum & Baby yoga classes?
- Our classes are suitable for all postnatal ladies who have had their 6-week check with the GP
- We teach complete beginners and experienced yogis
- Ideal for NCT groups
- You don't need to have done any previous yoga with us to join these classes
